Super friendly staff. I had a great experience checking in, the bar service & checking out. The pool was beautiful & well kept. The gym was clean and had fair amount of weights & machines.

Our entire stay, the key cards were not working to the rooms and the staff had to escort you to your room anytime you needed to go in. They never complained and were very friendly.

First off, the staff was AMAZING! Our stay was perfect. The location was perfect for us, very close to food places, and shopping areas!! Our bartender/server Erica was amazing as well as Everett, he was so kind so funny and just amazing! We had an issue upon check in with my card being weird because I was using it in a different state than where I normally do and we got it all figured out with minimal headache!!!

The hotel met all of my expectations, except there was no Daily Maid Service and I had to request clean towels. Also I was charged two high speed Internet Charges of $4.95 + Tax per night that I had requested from two Front Desk Representatives to Remove. I have yet to see the Room Charges corrected. James T.
